In order to increase our ability for success we need to program our brains to think positively. Stop the negative thoughts and replace them with positive self-talk! As positive self talk is increased, our perception changes and as a result motivation and our ability for success also increases.
Thinking positively and creating more positive self-talk can be applied to anything, at any time, but awareness is needed as well. Try to accomplish something that you have told yourself can't be done, or that you aren't good at, for example... Completion and success will be a long painful process, or it just won't happen.
I struggle with this from time to time and it is something I continue to work on. That's part of the journey, right?
Mastery happens on the inside, and radiates itself outwards!
